Bozilla Cakes is a new bakery located just outside of Austin that makes creative and contemporary cakes. Our cakes are homemade entirely from scratch and are fresh, fun and delicious. The cakes can be custom designed to fit any event or celebration you are planning from a traditional tiered cake for a wedding to a fire truck cake for a fireman’s birthday. The possibilities are just about endless, not to mention edible.


MEET THE BAKER

Our dough puncher here at Bozilla Cakes is a rare one because she has a ton of baking experience and a degree in microbiology. She may not have much time baking professionally, but she makes up for it with her knowledge of what happens to food at the molecular level. This knowledge along with her life-long passion of baked goods has led her to be able to create cakes that are delicious down to the very last molecule.

For the last several months, she has been perfecting flavors, baking methods, recipes and honing her design and structure techniques so that she can provide people with beautiful cakes that taste just as good as they look.
