She goes into tons of details on the different ingredients, the philosophy behind veganism, and her recipes are fantastic. I've adapted her Strawberry cake recipe to include mangoes, blueberries, raspberries, just about any other fruit other than strawberry and it's all been delicious. My only irk with that recipe is that sometimes it a bit oily; not good for making wedding cakes or anything super intricate. But yummy nonetheless! The library has a copy if you want to check it out there before buying, but it's a great resource for every baker in this town!
